Social exclusion is a concept covering wide research areas. According as existing research results from domestic and abroad, it is generally believed that social exclusion contains basically economic exclusion. On the basis of studying the occurrence and development of social exclusion and its theory, this article presents an opinion that economic exclusion caused by market mechanism is essentially market exclusion, and studies the mechanism of action and the main patterns of manifestation of market exclusion.
