National textbooks about evidence law is a necessary carrier for legal education and further academic study. Textbooks of this kind have exceeded ten since the reform and openingup, however, few are products of independent thinking and still few are closely connected with domestic judiciary practices. Evidence Law, edited by Professor Zhang Baosheng, is a quality work worth exploring with quite many innovations in the structure, theory system, evidence thoeries and proof thoeries.
