This paper have pondered over the condition of evaluation for research achievements on humanity and social sciences. We should put important on the data development of the evaluation information for not only scientometric evaluation but also peer review. Purifying the science environment must start from the peer review and it’s mechanism for publishing paper. Novel consulting of social science achievements could help us to evaluation innovation of research achievements.
