This article reviews and analyzes the process of the industrial structure evolution in thirty years from the development speed, structure change, internal change among three strata of industry, then concludes that China’s industrial structure adjusts and upgrades with the process of the consumption structure upgrade, leading industrial turnover, reform adjustment, industrial policy implementation, opening process and international industrial transferring.
