With speeding up of China’s industrialization and urbanization, disputes about revenue distribution of land expropriation compensation in rural areas are increasing.The judiciary’s attitude towards such disputes is uncertain.The focus of such disputes is membership’s identification of rural collective economic organizations which involves the basic civil rights of peasants and should be intervened in by laws.Because of identifying membership of rural collective economic organizations is rather complicated, legislature can categorize it several different types which will be treated differently according to the types of applicant who applies for revenue distribution of land expropriation compensation.With the concept of justice for the people, the judiciary should fully play the judicial activism and find new methods to solve disputes about revenue distribution of land expropriation compensation.
