Abstract:The national defense students are a reserve personnel in building national defense, so their education and management must be implemented in trinity-“learning”,“military” and “soldiers”.The connotation of the national defense student’s education and management should be in the form of performance: the quality of university education which focuses on breaking through knowledge and capacitybuilding; military consciousness education whose core values is the loyalty to the motherland,carrying out the mission, and having the courage to sacrifice; the military quality of education which is dedication, discipline and obedience.The education and management of national defense student is very critical, for whose quality impacts the building of national defense seriously.However,there are five clashes in the education and management of national defense students. So the author maked attribution analysis based on practical work ,proposed solutions from the five clashes, and provided meaningful insights to enhance the quality of national defense students and strengthen the education and management of national defense students.
