This paper discusses the creativity of the literary translator Literary translating is an act of the translator’s esthetic recreation, is the translator’s recreation of linguistic art, the literary translator is the recreator of the translated literary text and the translated literary text is permeated with the translator’s esthetic interest and spiritual power The translator’s artistic recreation of reshaping litarary expression and the literary text enable the life of the original to live in its new linguistic environment
