A national rule of law culture is closely related to its traditional culture. The modern rule of law more emphasizes on transplantation advanced legal system and ideas of Western. The construction of Chinese society ruled by law needs to absorb modern legal concepts and advanced legal culture, and also must be rooted in foundation of traditional culture, inherit the reasonable core of traditional culture, to construct a modern legal system in China in line with China’s traditional culture, and to meet the characteristics of Chinese customs and the spirit of modern rule of law.
