The effectiveness of ideological and political education is the factual quality of a process of ideological and political education accords with determined ends and satisfies with educational requirements. Compliance, identification, and internalization are three levels of effectiveness of ideological education. Strengthening the creditability of educational sources, advancing the influence of educational means, and paying attention to characters of the educated are the main methods to enhance the effectiveness of ideological education.
