Experts database is an important part of peer review. This article has analyzed the researches on experts database of peer review in China using the method of literature investigation from four areas, which are the indicator system of experts, the generation of experts, the technologies using in the experts database and how to select experts from the database. Finally, we have summarized the research situation of experts database and the future fields we can research deeply.
