As a successful experience abroad, socialization of public service entails theoretical analysis in academic research. Nonprofit organization plays a very important role in the socialization of public service abroad. Some progress has been made, but there are still many shortcomings in China.The government should vigorously develop the non-profit organizations, provide financial support, purchase service, perfect legal system and strengthen supervision in order to ensure the healthy development of public service socialization.
