With the theory of people's all-round development of Marxism as the instruction, on the basis of the relevant research results in the community, this article puts forward four dimensions about constructing evaluation system of farmers’ development, and tries to use Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） method to determine index weight. The evaluation system will contribute to understand and grasp the current situation of farmers’ development in China objectively, and provid useful lessons and enlightenment to promote farmers’ development targetedly.
