The western region of China is the key area that water resources and hydropower will be development in recent years. As a minority inhabit district,the vast majority of the population of the national minorities live in the region. Because of the construction of engineering project,lots of production and living materials have been occupied,such as land and houses. Many minorities’ residents need to be resettlement. However,in the process of resettlement,many migrates will face with a variety of problems,even fall into the “weak” situation. We need to take some measures to deal with the problems. National social work is an effective professional method. Its professional work methods can help us diagnose the vulnerable groups of involuntary resettlement facing with economic,political,cultural,social and psychological problems.
