Based on ystematic summary of the performance evaluation of the status quo of college social services,this paper analyzes the purposes,guiding ideology,evaluation principles and processes of Hunan College of Social Service Performance Evaluation Index System. By screening two index system,the authors build a provincial university social service performance evaluation index system: 3 level indicators-the input index,the output index and protection index and eight secondary indicators and 25 three indicators. Finally,the values of indicators are empowered by AHP method.
