Abstract:Emphasis on the cultivation of student fairness in student work in Colleges is conducive to the further understanding of the needs of students, to strengthen the pertinence of work, to effectively improve the student satisfaction, and realize the overall goal of training talents. This research empirically studies the influence of student fairness on student satisfaction in student work in Colleges. The results show that: each of the four dimensions of student fairness has a positive effect on student satisfaction in student work in Colleges, in which the impact of interpersonal justice on student satisfaction is greatest, the impact of procedure justice is greater, the impact of the fairness and information fairness is smallest. According to the research results, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions about improving student fairness.
