Combining documentary analysis, questionnaire survey and interview, this research investigates and analyzes the situation of understanding, participation, choice and satisfaction index in college network youth self-organization of college student of Chongqing, and researches the present situation, existing problems and deficiencies. Five countermeasure proposals have been made based in these results for setting up the right idea, perfecting policy and rules, classifying managements, furthering develop rural cooperative, strengthening support and the mechanism construction.
