Abstract:Education research's essence is to explore the intrinsic relationship between education and people or education and society, aim to direct and improve educational practice. The contents of educaiton research include three dimensions, namely, education itself, education and people as well as educaiton and society, which are decided by the dialectic relationship between education, people and society. Education research must take the people's all-round development as its core, and use the "people" as the link to esplore and solve the related problems of "education and people" as well as "education and society" in order to achieve the functional shift from uneffective to effective.
