    摘要:

    供应链中产品与服务的差异化集成必将演化出创新型的产品服务供应链模式。针对供应链中产品与服务集成特征的差异化,构建了面向产品与服务差异化集成的产品服务供应链模式分类图。考虑到产品与服务差异化集成对产品服务供应链的重要影响,提出交互型PSSC、衍生型PSSC、辅助型PSSC和松散型PSSC四种模式。结合案例分析了各个供应链模式的内涵、特征以及适用对象,构建了符合供应链企业内在关系的合作关系,提出了供应链企业实施产品服务供应链时的发展对策。

    Abstract:

    The differentiation integration of product and service in supply chain must evolve into innovation-modes of product and service supply chain.In view of the differentiation of integration characteristic of product and service,this paper establishes classification figure of product and service supply chain modes based on the differentiation integration of product and service.Considering the differentiation integration of product and service having significant impact on product and service supply chain,this paper puts forward four kinds of typical modes,which are interactive type of PSSC,derivative type of PSSC,assistant type of PSSC and loose type of PSSC.The paper analyzes the connotation and characteristic of each supply chain modes with actual cases,develops the analysis of the applicable for each supply chain modes,establishes the cooperation relationships conformed to internal relations between supply chain enterprises,and proposes the development countermeasures when enterprises implement the product and service supply chain.
