System self-confidence is associated with the exploration, establishment, development and improvement of the system, which originates from the guidance and innovation of deep-seated system theory, and also from the scientificity and effectiveness repeatedly confirmed in system practice. In the centennial struggle course of the Communist Party of China, it has constantly improved the system construction based on the needs of the Party's construction and development and the needs of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, which laid a solid historical, theoretical and practical foundation for the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.
