Fund project marking is one of the important part of research integrity, but there were a few misconducts of fund project marking. Based on the fund project marking analysis of 240 thousand papers of the National Social Science Fund of China, anomie phenomenon of fund project marking were analyzed. Dishonest marking, illegal marking, nominal marking, no relationship marking, out-of-date marking, supplement marking and multiple marking were the seven anomie phenomena of fund project marking. About half of funding papers were marked more than one fund project. The higher the quality of papers, the less the number of fund project in the paper. There were weakly correlations between anomie phenomena, disciplines and regions.
