中国民用航空市场竞争日趋激烈小何加强科学管理，正确分析决策，提高经济效益成为企业兴衰的关键。本文结合中国西南航空重庆公司的实际情况，主要从收入结算、数据采集、成本管理、盈亏平衡分析、收益分析预测五方面阐述公司进行效益分析的具体方法，使现代信息技术与公司经营管理有机结合。
