以２１世纪金融学科发展和对人才素质的要求为目标．根据多年来对金融专业学生培养的实践及金融学科课程建设和教学管理经验，结合理工科大学的特点，提出未来金融学科课程体系结构框架和与之相适应的着重素质教育、能力培养的教学内容和教学方法。
