本文对创业型企业进行了界定 ,并论述创业型企业的主要特征 ,对创业资本及其市场特征进行了分析 ,提出了创业型企业的资本结构 ,并从投资主体、管理模式等方面分析与一般资本市场的差异。在此基础上对创业型企业发展构建科学合理的融资平台。
