文化是人类社会特有的现象 ,文化有先进与落后之分 ,先进文化推动社会前进 ,落后或反动文化阻碍社会前进。中国先进文化是面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的具有中国特色的进步文化。高等学校应是先进文化的建设和传播基地。
