摘要:

强化学员队管理 ,对于深化高校素质教育 ,培养学生的协作精神是一个不可忽视的重要环节。本文通过改革学员队管理措施 ,增设交互式活动等方法 ,研究学员队管理对培养协作精神的作用。结果表明 :“学生骨干轮任制”、“帮学对子”、“联谊会”、“树立先进典型”等措施对于培养学生的协作精神均起到了一定的作用 ,其中 ,“树立先进典型”对于提高协作意识 ,改善协作行为效果最为显著。
