随着市场竞争日趋激烈,财务风险对企业生存发展的影响也愈大,财务风险管理已经成为企业日常管理中非常重要的课题。本文从财务风险的概念和特征入手,着重分析财务风险的表现形式及成因,并就如何防范财务风险提出看法。
