摘要:

创造综合环境新优势是当前开发区的首要任务。基于对资金流动和投资环境新动向的分析,本文从国内外大背景、开发区和城市三个层面构建新的投资环境评价体系,并针对重庆北部新区进行了实证对比分析,指出投资环境竞争力提高的方向。
