摘要:

大学城是新时期产学研活动的重要载体,具有改革创新和科技孵化等鲜明特征。但创建大学城必须具备相应的文化和其他发展环境条件,必须选择一种科学、合理的发展模式,必须要克服为规模而规模和急功近利的发展思想。为此,在大学城建设发展的过程中,要进一步明确功能,做好选址,落实行为主体,建立和健全与之适应的一系列政策和其他制度体系。
