摘要:

本研究将教师的继续学习界定为学历进修和继续教育培训两方面,并对边疆地区258名中小学教师的继续学习感受及时间进行了调查分析。结果表明,过多的继续学习是导致教师产生消极感受的重要原因。因此,直面边疆地区教师继续教育的现状,改进形式主义作风,是边疆地区教师走向专业化道路的重要举措。
