摘要:

在对西南地区高校教师培训工作进行调研的基础上,文章总结分析了西南地区高校教师培训工作的现状及存在的问题,并从政策扶持与制度创新的角度提出对西南地区高校教师培训实行经费、学位等政策倾斜、加强对口支援与学术支边、建立远程培训网络体系、建立完善督导评价机制、加强培训管理、完善激励机制等。

Abstract:

Based on the investigation of the training for teachers in higher education institutions in southwest China , this article analyzes its current situation and the existing problems, then comes up with suggestions from the angle of policy support and system
