摘要:

德国军事顾问团在华地位的变化同其与德国政界、经济界的关系紧密联系.但当德中两国利益相矛盾时,德国顾问团明确选择了中方的立场与利益,这与德国顾问团的私人性质密切相关.这种性质使其不同于纯粹的官方顾问团,不受政府的具体政策约束.中德两国的利益需求通过德国顾问团为中介而联系起来.一方面顾问团因这种需求而产生和发展,另一方面顾问团又促进了两国关系的发展,最终因利益需求的消失,顾问团也结束了历史使命.
