摘要:

城市化进程加快了基础设施建设的步伐,但以往依靠政府财政资金支持基础设施建设的路径显然己经不能适应这一趋势。为解决基础设施建设资金矛盾,必须探索新的融资渠道。本文探讨了国外目前比较常用而国内刚开始尝试、甚至还尚未了解的融资渠道,并且提出了相应的措施。
