合理的薪酬待遇是对企业经营者激励的有效方式。本文通过文献分析的方法,揭示出目前我国企业经营者薪酬激励的意义、特点、存在的问题及对策,在此基础上提出了相应建议。
The enterprisers' reasonable salary is the important method to motivate the enterprisers. By analyzing 27 articles research on incentive of reward, this text sums up the current questions and gives some relative advice and countermeasures.
