摘要:

在中国实施西部大开发战略和加入世界贸易组织的大视野下,西部地区在拓宽民营经济发展空间时,应着重加快基础设施建设、生态环境建设和保护、调整和优化产业结构、促进科学技术和教育事业的发展,同时要十分重视有关加入世贸组织的国民待遇、企业融资、产权保护制度、加强管理和服务等问题,采取卓有成效的政策措施。
