摘要:

环境污染和生态破坏是我国工业化进程中的一个突出问题,解决此问题的一个有效途径是改变传统的工业发展模式,发展生态工业。建设生态工业园区是发展生态工业的有效形式,它整合了清洁生产、生态工业和废弃物综合利用等优势,在建设中涉及思想认识、技术、政策等诸多问题。论文主要从生态管理、信息平台、政策与宣传、现有模式等诸方面进行探讨思考。
