摘要:

"农民负担"一直是党和国家十分关心的问题,关系到我国农村社会的和谐,农业可持续发展以及农业现代化的实现.本文对我国"农民负担"的定义进行了界定,对农业税减免前后的状况进行了分析,并针对当前出现的新问题提出了对策.
