摘要:

长期以来,法学案例教学法在我国存在的问题没有受到足够重视。本文通过介绍以美国为代表的国外法学案例教学法的背景和特点,在分析我国法学专业案例教学法存在的问题的基础上,提出如何借鉴国外案例教学法来完善我国的法学实践教学。
