摘要:

大学生道德教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,是一个涉及教育者、教育对象、教育目标、教育内容、教育方法、教育载体、教育力量等诸多因素的一项复杂系统工程。对这项工作进行深入系统的思考,对于进一步提高道德教育的质量和效果,促进大学生综合素质的提高意义重大。这种思考主要体现在合理构建教育目标、科学设计教育内容、系统整合教育力量、不断创新教育载体、及时改进教育方法、建设高素质德育工作人才队伍、加强“边缘人群”的教育引导等几个方面。
