摘要:

2005年6月6日,中国证监会颁布了《上市公司回购社会公众股份管理办法(试行)》,规范了我国上市公司的股份回购行为。股份回购在经济发展中有许多积极作用。本文通过建立股份回购模型,来系统研究上市公司股份回购的财富效应。
