创业风险投资是科技投融资体系中的主要部分,是科技型企业在资本市场的重要融资途径。本文分析了重庆创业风险投资业的现状和问题,借鉴国内外的经验做法,对重庆创投业在现时期的发展,从政策构想的角度提出了一系列有针对性的对策和建议。
