摘要:

近年来,外商在华投资呈现"独资化"趋势,引起国内外学术界和有关部门的高度关注.对独资化动因的解释也是众说纷纭.本文从交易成本的角度分析了外商选择独资化的原因,即技术或者资产的专用性、中外合资企业的冲突、东道国制度,并在此基础上提出了中国应对"独资化"的对策.
