摘要:

循环经济的本质是指人类经济活动应融入自然大循环之中,成为自然循环的一部分,而且不会危害自然循环,甚至对自然循环有所增益和恢复。链接技术,是将某一生产链条中产生的产品或废弃物进行利用,使之成为另一生产链条中的原料,使得生产链条得以延伸或闭合的技术。链接技术是循环经济发展的技术基础,具有不同于传统技术的特征。探讨和制定相应的政策与法律,促进链接技术的研发与推广,有利于循环型经济社会的形成与发展,以及资源节约型环境友好型社会的建设。

Abstract:

The nature of circular economy is that the economic activities of the human beings should enter into the circulation of the nature and become a part of it and that the economic activities of the human beings can not endanger the circulation of the nature
