人才强国是西部高等教育发展的战略支点。科学的发展观、人才观、自主创新、创新团队以及提升质量等新理念的提出,丰富和发展了人才强国战略,为西部高等教育的发展注入了新的活力与动力。论文结合西部高等教育自身发展的特质和笔者多年工作经验,从人才强国的战略视角,探讨了西部高等教育发展的几个着力点。
