摘要:
三峡库区气候条件特殊，生态环境脆弱，产业结构性矛盾突出，是中国西部典型欠发达地区之一。作为国家级统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区，如何加快库区产业发展和移民就业成为社会广泛关注的焦点。文章分析了三峡库区产业发展的现状与特征，从产业集群理论的角度阐释了集群化是加快库区经济发展、实现城乡统筹共荣的有效的现实选择。基于城乡统筹观点，构建了库区产业集群支撑体系，提出了库区产业集群带的培育途径，从产业集群内源及外源因素就推动库区产业可持续发展提出合理的策略建议，努力把三峡库区建设成为经济繁荣、社会和谐、人民安居乐业的新库
