On the pectination of intensive use of land of Germany agriculture management, the article compared the difference of urban land use and agriculture land use with the structural analysis of land input-output as cutin point. As the article pointed, the expansion from agriculture land intensive use to urban land intensive use led to the differentiation use of intensive in meaning, which is against the rule of science term meaning consistency in study. The article made an indepth analysis of dilemmas in study and policy implication because of the generalization of goals in intensive study, and also put forward some items for further study.
