The article studies the influence of coordinated urban and rural development upon infrastructure investment: on the one hand, urban and rural coordination would increase the supply of rural infrastructure and improve the return on infrastructure investment; on the other hand, such coordination would stimulate reform and innovation in infrastructure investment domain, with emphases placed on reforming public fiscal investment and administration system, as well as innovating investment mode for new rural infrastructures. It then comes to this conclusion that influence of coordinated urban and rural development upon infrastructure investment includes not only efficiency but equity as well.
