Chongqing is one of the pioneers which have developed the animation industry in China. With the industrial structure transformation of the old heavy industry city ,the cluster effect of Chongqing animation industry is coming into being. The development of Chongqing and local Chinese animation industry should emphasize on seeking a breakthrough in the script writing, has its own native style including some popular elements and spread certain universal value that plays a important role. Epecially, on the Twelfth Five-year Plan(2011-2015), Chongqing should catch the media properties which new medias bring opportunities for anime development.
