文章立足于新形势下大学生安全问题的现状和特点，论述了培养大学生安全素质的必要性和重要性，并从安全教育、校园文化建设、心理健康教育、学生管理等方面提出了培养大学生安全素质的途径。

Abstract:

Based on the reality and features of undergraduates’ safety issues, this essay discusses the necessity and importance of cultivating undergraduates’ awareness of safety in the new situation, and expoundes ways of cultivating undergraduates’ awareness of safety in respect of safety education, on-campus culture forming, mental health education and supervision of undergraduats
