As a rather special form in the history of public sphere network public sphere appears to result in the popular transformation of public sphere, expands the participator compared to the traditional public sphere and makes the discussion more diverse and comprehensive. The network public sphere not only gives birth to the awareness of Chinese citizen’s participation and rights, but also restricts the occurrence of political coercion and arbitrary extension of state power through the pressure of public opinion to some extent. It is of great significance to achieve social fairness and justice, safeguard the legitimate interests of citizens, release social pressure and alleviate social contradictions. We should strengthen the relevant laws and regulations, enhance network public sentiment and public reason of the participator and highlight its public characteristics because Chinese network public sphere is far from mature currently.
