    摘要:

    教师心理健康教育是解决教师心理问题的重要途径。目前,中国以中小学教师为对象的心理健康教育研究成果不断增长。综合分析目前中小学教师心理健康教育研究的现状及其问题,在此基础上从积极心理品质培养、心理问题自我维护、心理问题有效干预、社会支持系统构建四个方面着重探讨其应对策略,这对于加强中小学教师心理健康教育,提高其心理素质和心理健康水平具有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    Mental health education is an important way to solve teachers’ mental problems. However, it hasn’t been adequately emphasized though mental health education for primary and middle school teachers has been conducted gradually. This research reviewed mental health education for primary and middle school teachers, as well as the present situation and existing problems of relative researches. In addition, the strategies to cope with the problems were discussed from four perspectives, positive psychological quality training, self regulation of psychological problems, effective interventions for psychological problems and social support system. Attention on education for primary and middle school teachers’ and exploring the strategies is quite significant for improving psychological quality of teachers.
